A bit more about Lisa
Hello hello! I’m Lisa. I’m a qualified Level 3 PT living in South London. I found exercise when I went to uni & joined the athletics team on a whim. I joined basically for the socials, this started a healthy relationship with exercise. I was doing it for fun, rather than to try and change the way I looked or because I felt guilty about calories.
I started going to a lot of spin classes and completely fell in love with it. To me it was a party on a bike, and made me realise that exercise truly can be FUN. I became an instructor in 2017 as a side gig to my full-time job. After a year I quit my 9-5 and became a freelance PT, instructor & Marketing Consultant.
After a year of freelance life, covid hit the scene. This is when Lisa’s Living Club was born.
Lisa’s Living Room: how it started
Lisa’s Living Club was born out of lockdown when I started hosting daily live instagram workouts from my living room on a new insta channel called Lisa’s Living Room. I quickly got a loyal following with users tuning in to sweat together every single day.
13 weeks of training together, I decided to turn our free workouts into a proper fitness club, setting up Lisa’s Living Club as a subscription service with unlimited live and on demand classes included.
