A bit more about Lisa
hello hello! i’m lisa, a level 3 pt based in london.
i’m an experienced movement coach, having taught at: 1rebel, gymbox, google HQ, the ministry, and the lighthouse.
what gets me out of bed? many 5am alarms (lol, help) and helping people realise that training can actually be enjoyable. it can be fun, and unlocking new skills along the way is the best bit. whether it’s a sweaty savage conditioning session or a slow, gentle strength class, i’m all about finding the balance + making sure we’re moving well, not just going full beast mode.
i first discovered regular exercise at uni when i joined the athletics team (mainly for the socials lets face it). that’s when i learned to love training for what it gave me, not what it took away.
in 2017, after a few years of being a regular spin goer, i became a spin instructor, while working full-time in marketing. a year later, i ditched the 9-5 to focus on coaching and pt. then, when the world changed in 2020, lisa’s living club was born—a place to move better, feel stronger, and have fun doing it.
lisa’s living room?!
lisa’s living club started in lockdown, when i hosted daily live workouts from my living room on an insta page called lisa’s living room. what began as a fun way to sweat together quickly grew into a loyal community tuning in every day.
after 13 weeks, i turned those free workouts into a proper fitness club—lisa’s living club—with unlimited live and on-demand classes for members. and the rest is history!
