Day 1 - Bodyweight Beast VS Mobility Flow: 40 mins The ultimate bodyweight session, high intensity hiit meets mobility, a perfectly balanced workout.
Day 2 - Power Up: 35 mins Strength with dumbbells - High Reps
Day 3 - Burn + Sweat Lower: 30 mins Calisthenics x Pilates High Intensity
Day 4 - Burn + Sweat Upper: 30 mins Calisthenics x Pilates High Intensity
Day 5: Rest or Run / Spin / Cycle / Metcon
Day 6: Bodyweight Beast: 30 min no weights high energy max effort
Day 7: Rest Day

All of our programmes are open to beginners. If you’re brand new to exercise we advise you to take things at a slower pace and start off with 2-3 workouts per week before increasing to 4+.
If possible a little bit of experience with exercise / classes is always helpful - even if that was a long time ago. We’ll guide you through form to help you train safely, but as you don’t have someone there to correct you, any prior knowledge is always helpful - but not essential :)
