    Day 1: Metcon Monday

    Day 2: Calisthenics x strength

    Day 3: Optional extra strength session

    Day 4: Cardio beat drop

    Day 5: Active recovery

    Day 6: Run HIIT run

    Day 7: Rest

  • This Challenge is best suited for intermediate trainers with at least 3-6 months experience of exercise.

    However, all of our programmes are open to beginners. We advise you to take things at a slower pace and start off with 2-3 workouts per week before increasing to 4+.
