Day 1: Conditioning: dumbbells x endurance - LIVE WORKOUT
Day 2: Full Body Burn: calisthenics x strength
Day 3: a Programmed Run or LLC hiit workout
Day 4: Rest or your choice depending on how your body feels
Day 5: Legs x Abs strength - LIVE WORKOUT
Day 6: Rest or easy run/swim/yoga/ low intensity
Day 7: Rest

We generally advise when you’re training alone to have at least 3-6 months experience of exercise - even if that was a long time ago! We’ll guide you through form + try to help you train safely, but as you don’t have someone there to correct you a little bit of prior knowledge is always helpful if possible.
However, all of our programmes are open to beginners. If you’re brand new to exercise we advise you to take things at a slower pace and start off with 2-3 workouts per week before increasing to 4+.
